Interior Inspection:
Basic Package
- Inspect all rooms for evidence of roof leaks, including frames, doors and windows
- Confirm heating and/or air conditioning systems are functional. Will be activated at time of visit and thermostat returned
to normal settings
- Inspect electrical panel
- Check freezers, refrigerators and other major appliances
- Check plumbing
- Cycle clothes washer, garbage disposal and dishwasher
- Confirm all lighting and blinds are set to owner instructions
- Replace alarm batteries if necessary
- Check for evidence of insect or rodent problems
- Check for evidence of mold and mildew
- Remove any garbage mistakenly left in home
- Interior plant care, aquarium care, home beauty
